Early-bird registration for WAFL meeting is approaching!

The 9th International Conference on the Welfare Assessment of Animals at Farm Level (WAFL) will be held in Florence on August 30th-31st, 2024. This is the first inperson WAFL since 2017, following a successful online conference in 2021. Organized with the EAAP Health and Welfare Study Commission, WAFL 2024 will feature two days of single sessions and poster presentations, including a Delegate Forum on the future of Animal
Welfare Science. Attendees can enjoy a conference dinner on August 30th. Early registration ends soon (June 15th), therefore please register by then to enjoy the discounted fee. Authors must also register by June 15th to keep their abstracts in the scientific program. Following WAFL, the 75th EAAP Annual Meeting from September 1-5 offers extended sessions on farm animal health and welfare. Registration and information about the event are
